Is it safe to order from iUsed?
Yes, iUsed, part of the Circular IT Group since 2022, has been in business for over 28 years and specializes in the purchase and sale of used Apple equipment. Moreover, we have an excellent rating on the independent review site Trustpilot.
Will I receive an invoice for my purchase from iUsed?
Yes, you will receive an invoice by e-mail. If you enter your company name during checkout, you will receive a VAT invoice in the name of your company. You can enter the details for the VAT invoice during the ordering process.
Why is there a difference in price between products?
The price depends on the new price, age, speed and any upgrades that the product has. In general, the younger the device, the more powerful it will be, but the price will also be higher.
Can I also order new IT hardware?
Yes, we have a limited collection of the newest MacBooks, iMacs and iPads by Apple. 
Can I arrange for my purchase to be installed at my company?
Yes, we have our own technical specialists who can install your equipment for a fee, and also take care of complete migrations. Our specialists are certified.
What is the meaning of the serial numbers?
De serial numbers of the Macs are put in between brackets on our website. Most Macs have a serial number that starts with 'M', followed by another letter and three digits. These serial numbers and information on the device can be found on the internet, and apps such as Mactracker.
Can I also trade in my used Apple to iUsed?
We only buy larger numbers of used Macs from businesses. For consumers and single items, you can go here (only Dutch) to sell your product.
Is it possible to visit in order to view a product?
You can place an order via our webshop without obligation, in order to be able to view the product afterwards. During the payment process, you must select 'pin upon collection'. This means that you do not have to pay immediately, but you can only complete the payment after you have viewed the product. Please note: you must place an order before you can view a product.
Do products from iUsed come with a warranty?
Yes, every iUsed.com product comes with a 36-month carry-in warranty as standard. This is stated in the description for each product. If the product still has a warranty from the manufacturer, this will be stated next to the product.
What is carry-in warranty?
Carry-in warranty means that you are personally responsible for getting your defect Mac back to one of our servicepoints for repair. You could bring it by, or you can mail the package. If you choose to send the Mac by mail, please package the device safely, you are responsible for possible damage.
If the product does not meet my expectations, may I return it?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return to seller warranty on all our products. You have 15 days to let us know that you wish to return the product, and another 15 days to return it or exchange it for another product.
Is there a warranty on the battery (if applicable)?
Yes, we always offer a 24 month warranty on the battery. If you have purchased a product with the Refurbished Quality Mark, there is a 24 month warranty on the battery.
How does iUsed test products?
  1. The hard drive is wiped, if there is one.
  2. Test software checks device completely. 
  3. A technical specialist checks the hardware for defects.
  4. The IT hardware is thoroughly cleaned.
Can I also collect my order?
Yes, when ordering you can indicate that you want to pick up the product. You can also declare the date and time when we can expect you. You can pay for the product in advance or at our counter by pin or cash. Of course you can view the product before you pay and take it with you. You can also choose to pick up the product at a nearby pick-up location of your choice.
Will I receive a track & trace code for my order?
Yes, once your package has been submitted to our delivery service, you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail. This usually becomes active the same evening, once the package has arrived at the sorting office.
When will the product I ordered be sent?
Orders completed and paid for on Monday till Friday before 15:00 PM are sent the same day. We ship with a reputable delivery service, which usually delivers within 5 days. With the track & trace code, you can see the exact delivery time.
What type of packaging will the products be sent in?
If the original packaging is no longer available, we will send the product in made-to-measure packaging.
Is the shipping process safe?
Yes, all our packages are insured against damage and theft.
Do you charge shipping costs?
No, shipping to a home or work address is free of charge.
