Payment

The amount will be debited directly from your bank account and iUsed will be notified that the order has been paid. iUsed uses the payment provider Mollie to process payments.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped once we have received the confirmation of payment. In general, orders placed and paid for before 15:00 are shipped the same working day.

Maximum amount order

Payment is possible for order amounts of up to €2.500,- including VAT.

Our standard delivery is free. Costs for optional delivery services will be displayed during the selection process.

Credit Card

Payment

Advance payment (Bank Transfer)

Payment

Transfer via bank. Please transfer the exact amount as stated on the order confirmation. You can use the order number as the payment reference, as shown in the order confirmation.

Shipping

As soon as we have received your payment, we will begin processing your order. Please be aware that bank transfers generally take 2-3 working days.

Please note: If no payment has been received within 5 working days, we will assume that payment will not be made and the order will be cancelled.

Cash on delivery

Payment

You pay the exact total amount of the order in cash to the courier when your product is delivered. In some cases, the courier may have a mobile PIN device. However, most couriers do not have this yet. Unfortunately, we are unable to indicate which couriers are in the possession of a mobile PIN device. We recommend that you have the correct amount ready.

Shipping

Once your order has been placed, we will contact you by telephone to confirm the order. After confirmation by telephone, the order will be sent as soon as possible. An order will not be sent if there has been no contact and confirmation by telephone.

Maximum amount order

Ordering with Cash On Delivery is only possible for order amounts of up to €500 incl. VAT.

Additional costs

The additional costs for Cash On Delivery are €29.99 per order incl. VAT. The COD costs will be added to the total amount automatically.

Please note: The courier will only hand over the ordered products once you have paid the complete, exact amount in cash.

Klarna – Klarna, Pay Later & Klarna in 3 instalments

Payment

During checkout, you must either create or log in to a Klarna account. The amount will be debited directly from your Klarna account and iUsed will be notified that the order has been paid. iUsed uses the payment provider Mollie to process Klarna payments.

Your order will be shipped once we have received payment confirmation. Orders placed and paid for before 15:00 are usually dispatched on the same working day.

Additional costs

We do not charge any additional fees for Klarna – Pay Later payments.

Additional conditions

For Klarna – Pay Later payments, a few additional conditions apply. The delivery address and invoice address must be the same. General information about Klarna can be found here (in Dutch), and more details are in Klarna’s user terms (in Dutch).

Your personal data will be processed by Klarna in accordance with applicable data protection laws and as described in Klarna’s privacy statement (in Dutch).

Collection

It is not possible to pay with Klarna – Pay Later when collecting your order.

Payin3

Payment

When placing an order, Payin3 first performs a brief credit check. If approved, you pay 1/3 of the total purchase amount immediately via iDEAL. The second payment is due after 30 days and the third after 60 days. You will receive timely payment reminders via email, the Payin3 app, and SMS. iUsed uses the payment provider Mollie to process Payin3 payments.

Shipping

We will ship your order once payment confirmation has been received (after payment of the first 1/3 instalment). Orders placed and paid for before 15:00 are usually dispatched on the same working day.

Additional conditions

Collection

Account payments (for businesses and (semi-)government bodies)

Business customers can order on account. The following rules apply:

• You are already a customer of one of the iUsed Stores divisions.
• You have previously placed orders with one of the iUsed Stores divisions and have a good payment history.
• You can provide a certified extract from the Chamber of Commerce no older than 6 months.

Additionally, for each order, we require a signed purchase order on official letterhead, clearly stating:

• The products or quotation number
• The invoice and delivery address

If you wish to purchase on account, please contact us first.
