We supply a 36-month warranty on all our refurbished (used) Apple products as standard. It is also possible to shorten the warranty on the hardware. By doing so, you will receive an immediate discount on your product.Basic | Premium | |

Coverage | The warranty covers the hardware of the purchased product, with the exception of the glass plate. If a problem occurs with the hardware within 12 months of the delivery of your product, please contact our customer service department. If possible, make a backup of your files before you send the faulty hardware to us. There is always a small chance that something may be damaged or lost in transit. Our advice: make a personal backup at least once a week on an external hard drive and/or USB stick.
